no, its the natural reverb which is included in the stormdrum samples (like with the east west orchestra as well)
i sometimes shorten the decay a bit with an envelope (in the east west “play”er for SD2 or in kontakt 3 for SD1) but the early reflections will still be heard (and are an important part of the “bigness” of percussions)
