Was it wrong?

Was it wrong to chose the englisch language for this blog?  Does nearly everyone here understand german?

Should i make it easier for me and change to my mother tongue? Jawoll, sehr wohl??

    I don’t fully understand German!!!

So, stick to English! You have fans all over the world, man, not only in Germany!

But then again, the choice is yours! :)

I don’t understand German too :) English is ok :)

For me it’s ganz egal ;)

    It’s totally Wumpe to me!
I think that most Deutsche verstehen Englisch ganz gut, that’s why I would bei Englisch bleiben. Alternativ könntest du’s ja mischen, to make it even more interesting. Though I think that would abschrecken quite a bunch of Leser!
Hauptsache the music and Soundfetzen stay good, because die versteht man in jeder Sprache.

  5. J Says:

    Nooo, please stick to english!

  6. Jakob Says:

I understand both languages fully. I would suggest to stick to english, as the other subscribers (e.g. above) aren’t all familiar with German.

Ich finde Englisch völlig in Ordnung, habe aber keinen Bock mir dabei selber einen abzubrechen;-) Das hat weniger mit Arroganz sondern eher mit Scham zu tun.

Summary for all english speaking people: I prefer english as the favourite blog-language, but my own english is shit!

in an international world what would you choose for an language to communicate with all the people? i think english is the best choice for all that hang arround…

  12. Timon Says:

    i understand both.
but you should go on in english. i think you already agree with that after all these posts. and dont forget, not all visitors here write comments, so maybe there are more non-german speakers than you might imagine ;)

I’m german so for me it doesn’t matter. But I prefer movies, series and also blogs in english. And the other thing is, english is kind of neutral in the http://www.
Please keep it as it is. And if theres anyone else who has difficulties to ask or talk in english then do it in german. I think we all will find a way to handle that :-D

  14. boka Says:

I’d prefer English because I can hardly understand German. But if you decide to get back to your mother tongue, google translator will be my friend… :)

  15. Julian Says:

    english, cause it’s international

  16. lilacfairy Says:

I agree with the general notion: english!
you’re more international than you think!

  17. cryppy Says:

    English please.

I understand german, if I try a bit harder.
But english is much better for the internationals

    Greetings,
    Cryppy

  18. jos Says:

I understand both, although I find speaking/writing in German harder than in English. Es ist mir egal, but the other people seem to prefer English. So, that seems like the way to go.

    Versuchs doch mal in Musik.

If there’s any correlation between the dutch and german readers, as a dutch guy I’d say we can read both languages without trouble. However, I can write english far better than german and I’d guess some people not living in germany will do even worse than I writing a german language reply to your posts.
So if you don’t want really bad geman translations of the poster’s thoughts (or extremely mixed english/engrish/german/bastardised german language posts) on the site, I’d suggest to keep the site english if possible.

  21. cris80dr Says:

    English pleaaaase!!!
You told at the begin of the blog that it will be a blog so you can be known not only in Germany.
    Don’t change language.
And to the users: if you can, please, use english to write your comments.
    Thank you!

  22. Arjan van 't Zelfde Says:

English is fine, I’d say Germans can speak English as well as the Dutch speak it ;) so don’t think there will be anyone complaining about that.

Also, the chance is that non-germans speaking persons as myself will visit the site quicker and get involved in discussions. I could understand things if the site would be in German, but would not be too good at replying in German!

What I have heard so far is good, keep it up!

  23. Martin Says:

Please stick to English, it takes me twice as much time to read it in German.

I’m from the Netherlands and can read some German ;)

  24. Rolf Says:

    so be it…

  25. wolverine Says:

Hi Rolf. I also understand german, but english is much better for me. I´d like to say, that I really enjoy your music and music from RMB and hope your new album will be out soon!

And now little bit off-topic. I´d like to hear some never released RMB songs, mentioned in some discussion here on your website. They can be heard in some live sets, but I don´t know, in which. I tried to get to RMB forum, but after two months, admin didn´t send me autorization. So this is question for everyone: Where can I hear these songs? :

    Time will tell
    Free to believe
    Classic forward
    Limestar

And where can I find the live-sets with them? Do anyone have some set-rip of these songs? Is it possible to post them somewhere? Or send by e-mail? Thanks a lot for reply.
