2008/2009
2008 had been a busy year for me. so many hours of composing and producing. my first commercial audio logo and a thirty minutes non-repetitive composition for example. but most of the work went into the upcoming album. there were times when i was struggling and nearly lost my confidence but nevertheless after a short break and further work pieces fell into place. i sometimes even lost the general survey handling many dozens of song ideas and preproductions and needed to focus again - then threw out a lot of songs for the better of the album and the final candidates have been chosen and refined again. and although i am not finished yet i know that i will be very proud of this record. i believe there could hardly be a better ending of a year 
not all years in my past were that productive or even joyful so if you are having a hard time - keep up hope - there will be sun after the rain and dont give up chasing your dreams too early - success might just be around the corner

Your kind and personal words sound touchingly familiar. Hang in there, find the courage to continue, especially at times when all seems to amount to nothing. When you finally prevail, it all feels so much better. I wish you and other forum readers all the best for 2009! And I hope the album will be a great success in all ways possible!

BTW: you mentioned your 30-minute composition. Is it possible to listen to it; is it online and/or for sale?

the timeframe is: finishing the rest of the songs the next week, mixing them on the next weekend and monday and mastering the whole album in the last week of january… so it should be finally finished by two weeks from now…

Hi Rolf,
RMB was my favourite - I love your albums - Widescreen and Mission Horizon are simply great… Therefore I was very happy when I found out, that you are working on new album… Keep goin’, there is still lot of your fans worldwide… And just a question, are you working on any remixing some of your old songs??
