ps: i like the most stories from your new album

Rolf, i do know some guys who are VERY good at videos/films/animation working in Krefeld.
Perhaps you have a look at http://www.sputnic.tv and have a look at their work.
Don´t miss their Blog at the upper right with links to newest material.

Sorry for still being off-topic, but does anybody know where I can buy Evolution online? I tried amazon.de but they told me:
“Tut uns leid. ”
(I am from Austria).

Rolf: I could record some amateur video with my photocamera.
13. June 2009 at 22:22
You could ask around in the blender community (blender.org).
Blender is a open-source 3D design/animation/rendering program like 3D Studio or Maja. The community released 2 short movies made entirely with blender. One is Elephants Dream the other is Big Buck Bunny.
Btw, who made the artwork for the CD, cover and booklet? I like the atmosphere the pics captured and the simplicity of the design. Is it something like that you’re envisioning?
And do you actually need anything, or are you just curious what we can make of you music?
Cheers

hi, amateur video stuff only fits if its really… innovative… i dont like the “hey, i am filming the autobahn for 3 minutes” stuff… and i dont think that such a video fits to my music
the artwork was done bei kai hoffmann - the credit is in the booklet of course… i hope you didnt get the cd without the booklet
if anyone has contacts to blender, org or a similar community, feel free to tell them that i would really like to send them cds if they like the music and would also cut existing music to fit the video… so that they get cool music and i get a cool video

Hi Rolf,
this is the Website (http://www.lovemerender.de/) of a friend who is really in 3D/2D-Visuals. He promoted@Bauhaus Universität Weimar and did some Videos for Electronic Music before.
Maybe he is the right one.
Greetings
Alex

Rolf,
Mayby you should write to: Blender Foundation, it is an non-profit organisation that creates beautifull animation movies. All is available for free. The do sell stuff on Blu-Ray and stuff.
If you give them a your great story/background of your CD project. Mayby they like it enough to do some animation for you!

Try them!
Regards,
Cryppy

FFS! If the industry are trying to make me break the law by downloading Evolution illegally they are making a good job! It’s pretty much impossible to get it when you live in Denmark damn it. Soulseduction only sold drm-protected files that nobody wants, Amazon doesn’t “ship” mp3-files outside their homecountries (US, Germany, France & UK). Now I’ve gone so far as to install iTUNES(!!!) only to be able to see if it’s on the itunes store.
Why is it so hard to just sell me a copy of the album?
Idiotic copyright system.
10. September 2009 at 14:50
I got them from soulseduction, what’s wrong with them? I can copy them as many times as I like. Also, when I bought them, it said, they’re not restricted in any way, I can copy them as many times as I want. I guess as long as you don’t want to put them online illegally, it’s not a problem.
12. September 2009 at 13:44
Really? To me it seemed like they were drm-protected on Soulseduction but I might be wrong. I got them from iTunes store anyway so all’s well that ends well I guess:) Thanks for the info though!
