Vom Stil her gefällt mir der Remix, obwohl es schon eine sehr eigenwillige Reproduktion vom Original ist
Mich stören ein wenig die Vocals, so wie sie eingebunden sind. Wäre besser, wenn sie, zum Stil des Remix passend, etwas verzerrt werden und etwas mehr in den Vordergrund rücken.
Insgesamt aber nicht schlecht gemacht.

Gar nicht schlecht.
Es ist zwar schwer, bei diesem Stück noch Verbindungen zum Original herzustellen, trotzdem kann sich der Song hören lassen.

Hmmm… das mag ja nett sein, aber wie oben schon gesagt: das Original steckt da nicht/kaum noch drin. Und das ist irgendwie schade. Es soll ja ein REMIX sein.

Ich finde es immer stark, wenn ein Remix das Original komplett neu interpretiert und nicht “nachspielt”. Und das haben Eletricker auf jeden Fall geschafft.
Übrigens interessant zu sehen, was Leute von “damals” heute so treiben.
Der Remix ist nicht unbedingt das, was ich sonst so höre, trotzdem “Strong like a Lion”

I don’t see why it’s necessary to distribute samples for remixes if they completely ignore them. This track is okay, but I really miss the references to the original song.

in theory the perfect remix might be 50% of the remixed song and 50% of the style of the remixer… but from my own remix work i know that there shouldnt be any strict rules… its a creative process…
to my mind it is much more important that the remix fits into the releases of the remixer… that it is clearly the stlye of the remixer… and if you listen to other elektricker songs you´ll understand that its exactly their sound and style which for example also includes a much simpler harmonic structure, a raw sounding distorted electric bass and a german voice… me likes
(and by the way… as “Elektricker” are relativly new and you may not know their sound yet they are linking full songs for preview… which i think is more than fair to all future fans…)

I also don’t like it. The translation of the vocals remind me a bit of nonse lyrics from Modern Talking. “Kirsche-Kirsche-Dame”, if someone knows what I mean. “Bist Du bereit für die Möglichkeit” isn’t much better.
I would prefer an remix which is a bit smoother and more relaxing. But this bass-driven track sounds to cheap. Sorry.

I like the remix. Not as good as the (really great) original, but the bass is awesome. Good work and thanks for sharing.
Also thanks to all other commenters who said they didn’t like the song so much - honesty is always better than saying “good” while one really thinks “bad”.

Hi,
I´m totally impressed by this remix. I must admit, I have not listened to the original song a while and so I have no direct comparison. But I think that´s the idea of remixing: create a new unique piece of music, which represents mainly the style of the remixer. It doesn´t need any comparison.
And exactly for this reason I liked the RMB project so much. Their remixes of other artists gave you a great impression of Rolfs and Farids understanding of those songs. It was somewhat like you looked at the world through their eyes. And sometimes I wondered, if the remixes did express the RMB style stronger than their own songs!?
However, the Elektricker remix has a good power and speed and it already has screwed into my mind. Thank you for that
